Artist's Description

The hike through the mountains was something we were not prepared for as we had never hiked before. Being out of shape, we really took a beating from this trail. However, it was so beautiful and serene, especially with the autumn foliage, it was worth every ache and pain, and muscle spasm! Kudos to those who hike the Appalachian Trail and other beautiful trails.
