I hadn't even realized I captured the falling leaves until I loaded this image. I wanted the viewer to see the leaves, so I adjusted the rest of the image into black and white, and left the leaves in their autumn colors. Then I did an oils rendering.
I have loved photography since high school. When digital technology came out, could not wait to get a new camera. Once I did, there was no ending to the number of pictures I would take in one sitting. My Dad, as well as others, had always encouraged me to do something with my photos. I always just enjoyed them for myself. Then my Dad suddenly passed in April 2008. He is no longer here to encourage me, but I know he is watching over me, so I decided to launch my website for others to enjoy my images. In November 2010, I started DigiArt Diaries (acronym of DAD) in dedication of him. My images improve day to day, and now I have watchers, fans and collectors from around the globe.
